To attend to reporting, documentation, following up all sent/receive quotations, work sheet and filing duties.

To update daily sub-contractor work sheet/ on site work progress and reporting to superior on daily basis.

To supervise, control and coordinate, construction/renovation/plumbing activities to ensure smooth execution.

To hands-on experience on site works and project management.

To be able to liaise with consultant, management office and well verse in construction techniques and issue.

To liaise with sub-contractor (inclusive foreigner worker) pertaining to planning, logistics, material management, construction and daily site issues.

To check all construction/renovation/plumbing drawings and identify information gaps that needed further attention.

To assist in material control management.

To do site visiting and inspection on rectification works, able to draft out the quotation for customer.

Prepare and generate sales related documents such as quotation, worksheet and etc.

To maintain and establish good working relationship with customers.

To handle business operation’s administrative work.

To work independently with minimum supervision.

To carry out some particular ad-hoc task assigned to you.
