Monitor and follow up the progress of works of the project.

Planning arrangement of site and coordinator.

To execute work assigned according to schedule through proper planning.

To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the sub-contractor.

Direct supervision of site works with ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Conduct site evaluation of the project installation and report status and issue to respective project manager/engineer.

Daily progress monitoring and make sure daily work activities are recorded.

Ensure all safety requirements are always adhered to at the work site.

Ensure the material, manpower, machineries, authorities’ approval and site condition are ready before the work start.

Ensure materials and machinery used by sub-contractors or workers are of approved type.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractors.

To lead, coordinate and control all workers and sub-contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the contract.

Confirm for issue/receipt requirements maintain accurate stock keeping.

Managing and co-ordinate all site activities to ensure smooth implementation of the project within schedule and quality.
